Applicant information
Please be prepared to pay the credit/background check fee as outlined in the property listing. Once you receive your confirmation email that your application has been received, the process may take 3-5 business days to complete.
The following guidelines must be met in order for your application to be considered:
No Evictions
No Open Bankruptcies will be accepted. All discharged bankruptcies that have been closed for at least 2 years, will be considered.
Gross verifiable income must be at least TWO and a HALF (2 ½) times the amount of rent.
Three (3) years of residential history.
Each adult applicant (anyone 18 years and older) is required to complete a SEPARATE application and pay the nonrefundable application fee of $50.00. This fee applies to spouses, adult children and/or roommates.
Co-Signers or Guarantors will not be accepted.
Credit approval is not determined by the credit score, it is determined as a whole and you are required to have more positive credit lines than negative credit lines (Medical and/or Education credit lines will not be counted for or against).
The following will be required in order to process and complete your application:
Photo ID
Social Security Card
Most recent full month of paycheck stubs. If self employed, the most recent years tax returns.
If the property accepts pets, a photo of pet(s) is required.
Additional information or documents may be requested to clarify certain information on your application.

Due To The Housing Shortage, There May Be Multiple Applications Being Received Simultaneously.
All Complete Applications Will Be Submitted To And Reviewed By The Individual Owner Of The Property.
The Credit/Background Check Fee On All Applications Is Non Refundable. A Refund Will Not Be Given For Any Canceled Or Denied Applications.
One Door Rentals Will Reach Out To You Through Email Confirming The Receipt Of Your Application And Notify You Of The Status.
